Refund policy

At Pump Service Industries, we stand behind the quality of the products we supply.

Change of Mind

We do not generally offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

However, at our discretion, unopened and unused products in original packaging may be accepted for return within 14 days of purchase. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer.

Special order and non-stock items cannot be returned unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where a product is found to be:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Not fit for purpose
  • Incorrectly supplied

we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

This may include:

Repair 

  • Replacement
  • Refund

depending on the nature of the issue.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Many of our products are covered by manufacturer warranties.

Warranty periods vary depending on the manufacturer and product.

Warranty claims may require:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos of the fault
  • Inspection of the product
  • Assessment by the manufacturer

Normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect installation, neglect or unauthorised modifications are not covered by warranty.
