Dispatch Times
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected courier.
Estimated delivery times:
- South East Queensland: 1–3 business days
- Queensland Regional: 2–5 business days
- Interstate Metro Areas: 3–7 business days
- Regional & Remote Areas: additional transit time may apply

Freight Charges
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Product size
- Product weight
Large pumps, tanks and bulky items may require special freight arrangements.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.
